The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in managing and executing partnership marketing initiatives in collaboration with brand and regional marketing teams. Key partners include airlines, financial institutions, and lifestyle brands. Responsibilities focus on campaign planning, execution, and partner management, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
Reporting to the Group Director of Marketing - Strategy and Thailand Operations, with a dotted line to the Assistant Director – Business Development, you will be instrumental in optimizing the return on investment from all partnership campaigns. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating activities among various internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate necessary forms to create new campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to establish promotion codes.
- Draft creative briefs that detail partner information, promotional offers, key messaging, and marketing tone tailored to local markets.
- Coordinate with partners and brand marketing to finalize creative content and provide requested materials.
- Work alongside partners to confirm promotional channels for each initiative and ensure they are activated.
- Monitor project progress, updating stakeholders on timelines and changes in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with interdependent departments and external vendors.
- Manage campaign details, ensuring timely completion of translations and market-specific copy, while coordinating with marketing alliances and legal teams to communicate promotions clearly to customers.
- Assess project timelines considering interdependencies and SLAs, providing effective updates on project status, issues, risks, and resource needs.
