- Work independently to expand sales efforts at new customer locations.
- Effectively present ATS services and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Lead sales initiatives to implement ATS's Value Sales and Business Development processes.
- Identify opportunities to deliver exceptional value to customers through thorough qualification and assessment.
- Conduct comprehensive customer needs analyses.
- Collaborate with operations managers to create tailored business proposals that meet customer expectations.
- Deliver impactful proposals based on customer insights that address their business challenges using a consultative approach.
- Demonstrate persuasive skills to convince decision-makers of the value offered in proposals and successfully close sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving issues in line with ATS's service philosophy.
- Oversee the seamless transition of new customers into ongoing account management and growth.
- Maintain accurate sales activity reports in the CRM and submit expense reports as necessary.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of sales achievement.
