Key Responsibilities

Oversee local provider relationships to ensure seamless operations and adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to manage compliance efforts, facilitating provider integrations and certification.
- Provider Relationship Management: Identify, negotiate, and cultivate relationships with local providers to facilitate market entry and expansion. Ensure alignment of provider agreements with business goals while maintaining compliance with local regulations. Develop a thorough understanding of each market’s regulatory framework, navigating challenges to ensure success.
- Contract and Compliance Oversight: Lead contract negotiations to secure advantageous terms that align with organizational objectives. Support compliance initiatives by closely working with internal teams to satisfy regulatory obligations.
- Market Intelligence and Strategic Insight: Evaluate new products and analyze competitive landscapes to guide strategic decision-making. Deliver actionable insights that shape market entry strategies and long-term growth trajectories.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with payments, compliance, and product teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies. Serve as the liaison between external providers and internal stakeholders, promoting clear communication and aligned objectives.
- Long-term Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key providers and stakeholders, ensuring sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships. Navigate the complexities of trade restrictions while upholding ethical and compliant business practices.
