We are on the lookout for passionate, intelligent, and entrepreneurial individuals who are eager to contribute to our vision of becoming the fastest-growing and most beloved window covering brand globally. In return for your talents, we offer a competitive total compensation package and numerous opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic environment.
Position Overview
The Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a critical role in supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs) by streamlining operations, enhancing dealer interactions, and fostering internal collaboration, all while alleviating administrative duties.
This position is focused on coordination rather than sales, allowing you to contribute to customer experience, operations, and marketing initiatives without engaging in revenue generation or pricing strategies—responsibilities reserved for our BDMs.
The BDA will collaborate closely with the Commercial/Sales Operations & Enablement team as an integral part of our organization, similar in scope to a Sales Coordinator or Sales Enablement Associate. Compensation includes a base salary with potential for performance-based bonuses, not tied to revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales/Business Development, the BDA will be the linchpin connecting dealers, BDMs, and internal teams, ensuring operational efficiency and responsiveness. Key performance areas include:
- Sales Support: Provide daily coordination for BDMs, prepare meeting materials and logistics, execute sales initiatives, and reduce administrative tasks.
- Dealer Support: Address inquiries promptly, assist with onboarding and documentation, route issues efficiently, and maintain consistent communication without infringing on BDM roles.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate connections between Sales and Customer Experience teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
