Your Role
We are looking for a Business Applications Manager to spearhead our business applications function. This full-time, on-site role in San Francisco, CA, will report to the Head of Operations. This high-impact position involves designing, scaling, and managing the systems that drive our growth, starting with Salesforce and extending to our communication stack and operational tools.
In this role, you will take on multiple responsibilities, including architecture, administration, development, and long-term ownership of our systems layer. You will stabilize current systems, lead complex migrations (including telephony), and design a robust foundation that supports new workflows, service lines, and go-to-market strategies as they evolve.
Collaboration is key as you work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Sales teams to translate real-world workflows into scalable systems. Success in this position requires strategic sequencing, strong judgment, and a focus on building the right foundation over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Architecture
Lead the design and evolution of our Salesforce-centric platform, implementing scalable architecture, data models, and governance that address both immediate needs and future flexibility.Systems & Integrations
Oversee vendor management and the deployment of communication and telephony tools, while also designing and managing integrations across CRM, phone, billing, analytics, and internal systems to maintain data integrity, security, and reliability.Enablement & Adoption
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Care teams to translate workflows into scalable systems, ensuring effective adoption and satisfaction across the organization.
