About the Role:
- The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure precise execution and alignment with project objectives.
- This position reports to the Assistant General Manager and entails collaboration within a multi-functional team, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to collect comprehensive project requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to extract detailed and precise requirements.
- Analyze the gathered information to pinpoint gaps, inconsistencies, and potential challenges.
- Draft clear and concise documentation, including functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Assist in the prioritization and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to confirm a mutual understanding of requirements.
- Support the resolution of requirement-related conflicts or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of requirements.
- Maintain and update requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes ("As-Is") and design optimized future-state workflows ("To-Be").
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specifications.
