Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of briefings, agendas, and supporting documentation, including training materials and demonstration sessions for various stakeholders.
- Document and analyze business and functional requirements for accurate translation into process maps and technical specifications.
- Produce comprehensive documentation in line with organizational standards, including system architectural diagrams, concepts of operations, and monthly status reports.
- Develop high-level briefing materials and communications for customers, management, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with government and team members to identify, propose, and implement enhancements to service delivery and new technology integrations.
- Assess program materials and devise innovative improvement strategies.
- Independently gather insights from subject matter experts to create, organize, and draft procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Cultivate and apply expertise in Microsoft and Atlassian products (Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence) to convert complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Conduct research, outline, write, and refine both new and existing content.
