Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Account Manager to join our dynamic Business Accounts team in Vienna. In this pivotal role, you will manage and enhance a portfolio of corporate accounts, assisting some of the world’s most innovative businesses in addressing their corporate housing requirements across international markets.
As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will nurture relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and expand our presence. If you excel in sales and possess a strong mindset for strategic growth and revenue generation, we want to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Expansion
Oversee and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their ongoing success and identifying avenues for expansion in Vienna and beyond. - Client Engagement & Retention
Strengthen client relationships through strategic collaboration and consultative account management, enhancing usage and long-term value. - Prospecting New Business
Proactively engage with potential global clients through various outreach methods, including email campaigns, referrals, networking, and targeted research. - Value Communication
Customize Blueground’s value proposition to align with the specific needs of our corporate partners. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside internal teams in Operations, CX, and Product to ensure a seamless client experience and delivery of tailored solutions. - Performance Monitoring
Maintain accurate account forecasting and track engagement metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas.
