As a Brand Manager at Entain, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Manager to design and implement impactful campaigns, customer journeys, and activations across a variety of channels, both online and offline. Your mission is to enhance our brand's performance metrics, boost customer loyalty, attract new users, and increase active player engagement.
Your role as a consumer advocate will involve converting our commercial and branding goals into a well-defined 360-degree customer communication strategy. You will ensure seamless integration across all touchpoints while maintaining a focus on both immediate execution and long-term strategic planning. This position demands strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization.
In addition to working with external agencies, you will partner with our in-house creative team, leveraging their expertise to develop and deliver the necessary assets for diverse marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of engaging customer campaigns across various touchpoints (CRM, on-site, performance, ATL) to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Creative Asset Management: Brief creative teams and agencies, ensuring timely production and delivery of campaign assets across required channels (excluding ATL).
- Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Brand, CRM, Social, Performance, Product) for fully integrated campaign execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth campaign delivery.
- Project & Workflow Management: Oversee campaign timelines, ensuring smooth execution and proactively addressing any delivery risks.
- Brand Consistency: Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all campaign materials adhere to brand guidelines and provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Performance Tracking: Collaborate with internal teams to assess campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
