THE ROLE
As a Branch Operations Supervisor at our Portland depot, you will be the face of Indie Campers, directly reporting to the Regional Operations Area Manager. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure our fleet of campervans is well-maintained, and manage depot operations smoothly.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Manage incoming reservations, welcome guests, and oversee check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain the fleet’s condition by monitoring maintenance and repair needs.
- Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team for optimal performance.
- Control booking activities, manage inventory, and coordinate with local suppliers and cleaning services.
- Address complaints and emergencies to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and clean campervans for upcoming rentals.
- Support the resale of campervans by preparing them for prospective buyers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A passionate travel enthusiast with experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rental services.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver’s license with the ability to confidently drive a campervan.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
