About the Role
The Bookings & Control Center Support Specialist at EXANTE plays a vital operational role, focusing on ensuring the accuracy of daily trading operations, overseeing manual bookings, and managing client-facing processes.
Reporting Line: Head of Bookings & Control Center
Worksite: Remote
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, or monthly repetitive tasks including report collection and revenue collection file preparation.
- Conduct regular control tasks such as balance and rollback checks.
- Execute manual bookings of transactions into the database.
- Perform daily checks on manual transaction inputs.
- Communicate with various departments regarding Bookings & Control Center tasks.
