Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments).
- Supervise those seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
- Engage in typical BCBA activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required.
- Active BCBA certification is mandatory.
- LBA preferred prior to initiating services.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
