Position Overview:
As a Business Operations Programs Manager at Dyna Robotics, you will play a pivotal role in crafting automation solutions that streamline high-volume and repetitive tasks into seamless robotic workflows. In this dynamic position, you will translate strategic company objectives into actionable plans as we scale our deployments, customer operations, and internal processes.
Your focus will be on execution, organization, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with leadership to convert directives into detailed project plans, ensuring thorough execution from start to finish. By building robust processes, implementing effective tools, and coordinating across teams, you will be instrumental in enhancing our workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Cross-Functional Operational Initiatives
Manage operational programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment and removing obstacles for teams.
Translate leadership priorities into clear tasks, timelines, and responsibilities to drive execution.
Facilitate coordination among Engineering, Product, Operations, Deployment, and Customer teams to maintain momentum and accountability.
Oversee ad hoc projects that emerge as the company grows, including vendor coordination, customer onboarding, and launch readiness.
Develop & Enhance Operational Processes
Create, document, and uphold repeatable workflows for internal operations and deployments.
Establish templates, SOPs, and operational checklists to ensure consistency and structure across the organization.
Identify areas of inefficiency and propose enhancements to increase speed, reliability, and clarity.
