Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Billing Representative to ensure the precise and prompt billing of our transportation services. Main Responsibilities:

- Generate and distribute invoices through email or postal services.
- Engage with customers to address billing inquiries.
- Resolve any discrepancies between the company and customer billing issues.
- Keep precise records of customer information, rates, and communications.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a billing role, ideally within the transportation or logistics sector.
- Understanding of billing processes, regulations, and best practices relevant to the transportation industry.
