Position Overview:
We are seeking driven Bilingual Sales Representatives eager to embody the Neo brand and contribute to our mission. You will engage with potential customers at various activation events, including shopping malls, university campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners. Your main responsibility will be to onboard customers by assisting them in signing up for the Neo Credit Card, Neo Money account, and other Neo offerings.
As a representative of Neo, you will earn a guaranteed hourly wage along with uncapped commissions for each product you help customers enroll in, plus bonuses for exceeding sales targets—paid semi-monthly. You will receive real-time alerts whenever a customer opens a Neo account using your referral link, enabling you to track your performance effectively.
