The Bilingual Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. Acting as a brand ambassador for our clients, this position is dedicated to delivering outstanding talent while maintaining proactive and timely communication regarding the search's progress. This individual will be a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative direction and industry insights to hiring leaders.
- Work Location: Bogota, Colombia
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 times per week in the office
- Specific Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, customer-facing experience, and a background in the agriculture industry is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to establish position specifications, providing relevant market insights and recommendations on search strategies.
- Review candidates from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine next steps in the recruitment process.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing strategies to identify the most suitable candidate sources.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to source candidates from various platforms.
- Encourage referrals from business networks and internal sources.
- Employ Cielo’s proprietary software for outreach and engagement with talent communities.
- Candidate Engagement: Use diverse communication methods (phone, email, social media) to connect with potential candidates.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition to interested candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, offering guidance on logistics, attire, and expectations.
- Ensure candidates receive prompt updates regarding their application status and interview process.
- Candidate Assessment: Create and use phone interview templates tailored to specific job descriptions.
- Apply independent judgment to compare interview notes and assessments with job requirements to evaluate candidate fit.
- Conduct skills testing as necessary and review results.
- Perform background checks and reference evaluations as required.
- Influencing Hires: Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details.
