As a Bilingual Pre-Sales Consultant at ProgressSoft, you will play a crucial role in guiding our Business Development and Sales teams through intricate and high-stakes deals. Your expertise will be instrumental in answering technical and product-related inquiries while ensuring that our customers comprehend the optimal implementation of ProgressSoft’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify and explore new sales opportunities within the company’s diverse product suite.
- Engage with customers and prospects to assess opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Support the business development and sales teams by analyzing customer needs and conducting pre-demonstration needs assessments.
- Lead technical discussions during client interactions and capture customer requirements with utmost clarity.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) throughout the complete pre-sales cycle, from requirement scoping to product fitment, solution crafting, and technical proposal generation, in close collaboration with the sales, delivery, product, and support teams.
- Prepare solution scope documents that align with customer expectations, ensuring accurate translation of these to the delivery and product teams for effective estimation and implementation.
- Develop product demonstration scripts and scenarios and orchestrate engaging product demonstrations and workshops.
- Oversee and manage the entire bidding process for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Craft Statements of Work (SOW) and other contractual documents as necessary.
- Complete additional tasks as required to support the team’s objectives.
