Your Role
We are looking for a talented Bilingual Operations Recruiter who will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing exceptional talent for our Operations teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract high-caliber candidates capable of propelling revenue growth and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Metropolis positively to candidates, showcasing our organizational culture, values, and professional development opportunities.
- Employ diverse sourcing techniques (such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for our Operations roles.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing support throughout the interview process.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring that candidate records are updated in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms, including compensation and benefits.
- Work alongside People Operations and sales leadership to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new operations hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates; provide reports to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to position Metropolis as an employer of choice.
- Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in operations or sales environments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze recruitment metrics.
