We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Bilingual Health Care Assistant (24-40 hours/week) at our Green Bay Family Planning Health Center. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will receive paid training to equip you with the skills needed to provide clinical care and perform medical administrative tasks effectively.

Our compensation philosophy is based on equity. Starting pay for the Health Care Assistant position is $20.15 per hour.
Additional $1.50 per hour for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
Position Purpose:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will support patients seeking sexual and reproductive health services by conducting interviews, screenings, education, and preparation for appointments. You will collaborate with the health care team to provide both medical and administrative support, ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include facilitating clinic workflow, ensuring patient care supplies are available, performing laboratory procedures, and participating in the implementation of patient care plans, in addition to front desk duties.
