Role Overview:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing the executive’s calendar, screening communications, and coordinating travel arrangements. This role requires handling highly confidential information and the ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion. The position involves organizing domestic and international meetings, managing travel logistics, and preparing necessary documentation for meetings and events.
