BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE - UKRAINIAN (STARLINK)
As part of the pioneering Starlink Customer Support team, you will be the face of our innovative satellite internet service, providing low-latency broadband globally. Your role will ensure that customers receive outstanding support and assistance, enhancing their overall experience with Starlink.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this dynamic position, you will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries. By analyzing trends and identifying service gaps, you will design effective support interventions that elevate customer satisfaction. We seek proactive problem solvers who are driven by a passion for customer success and are eager to help shape the future of our support operations.
- Respond to and resolve customer issues across various communication channels (digital, voice, etc.), serving as a steadfast advocate for the customer within SpaceX.
- Provide expert technical support related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Identify product, process, and training challenges through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, representing the customer’s voice in business discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance troubleshooting workflows and address root-cause issues.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an internal knowledge base and help center resources.
