Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction throughout North America. Your primary objective will be to enable our clients to maximize the potential of our vacation rental software, proactively addressing their needs and guiding them for optimal platform usage.
We are seeking a native-level English and Spanish speaker to support our U.S. and North American accounts. Your communication skills and cultural insights will be essential in delivering exceptional support and fostering strong relationships with our customers in this region.
