We are on the lookout for a passionate Bid Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will take charge of the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) process, influencing our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the RFP and bid process from qualification to submission and handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional bid teams encompassing delivery, finance, sales, and subject matter experts.
- Analyze client requirements and develop competitive IT service solutions that align with client needs and D-ploy services.
- Define team structures, staffing models, and resource needs for each opportunity.
- Collaborate with finance and SMEs to formulate pricing models and commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Create high-quality proposal documents, executive summaries, and client presentations.
- Oversee bid timelines, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication to guarantee timely and quality submissions.
- Assist in client presentations, clarifications, and negotiations as required.
- Continuously enhance bid templates, tools, and processes to boost efficiency and quality across the bid function.
- Willingness to provide a recent criminal record extract (not older than three months).
