Job Summary
The HR Benefits Manager is tasked with the design, administration, and ongoing management of the company’s employee benefits offerings, which encompass group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, workers' compensation, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) plans, tailored to support a diverse workforce that includes both corporate staff and field personnel. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our benefits are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with our organizational culture and operational needs within the construction industry.
The Benefits Manager will act as the principal subject-matter expert on health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave administration, and benefits compliance. This role will collaborate strategically with HR leadership, finance, legal teams, as well as external brokers and vendors.
