SUMMARY:
We are on the lookout for a Benefits Coordinator to manage our employee benefits programs, which encompass health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, leave policies, workers’ compensation, and additional employee perks. This role acts as a vital resource for employee inquiries and guarantees compliance with relevant laws and our internal policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and possesses the integrity necessary to handle confidential information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and other offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related issues, ensure effective plan utilization, and manage enrollments, renewals, and claims.
• Assist with the open enrollment processes and employee communications regarding benefits.
• Educate employees on benefits plans and options during open enrollment and through one-on-one support.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team on reconciliations and reporting.
