International Health and Medical Services is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and assessment of our Behavioral Health program. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient care, improving operational efficiency, and achieving superior health outcomes. The Program Manager will coordinate resources, manage financial allocations, and ensure alignment with facility strategic goals and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement tailored healthcare programs to meet the unique needs of behavioral health patients while supporting the overall objectives of the facility.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee budget development and management for programs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance with financial protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure successful program implementation and alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance through key metrics, making necessary adjustments based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards, adhering to local, state, and federal laws.
- Identify potential risks in program execution and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program progress, outcomes, and financial status to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive workplace environment.
- Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing program effectiveness and efficiency through innovative solutions and best practices.
- Ensure that healthcare delivery within the facility complies with relevant behavioral health policies, accreditation standards, laws, and regulations.
- Work in close collaboration with the Clinical Director and Nurse Manager to establish necessary processes and procedures that guarantee high-quality care is accessible to all patients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and external organizations as necessary.
- Address personnel issues through the appropriate supervisory chain regarding behavioral health matters, maintaining overall responsibility for the planning, direction, organization, coordination, and control of behavioral health administrative operations through support of technically skilled managers.
- Exercise sound judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills when delegating responsibilities to a multidisciplinary team.
