In this position, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans created under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will be applying evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors.
We seek passionate individuals who are committed to helping children achieve their fullest potential. Ideal candidates should exhibit patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this opportunity accessible even if you lack prior experience. Given the dynamic nature of working with children, candidates must be physically capable, as the role involves standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
