In this rewarding position, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will focus on teaching essential skills such as communication, social interactions, and daily living tasks, while effectively managing any challenging behaviors.

Please note that this role requires physical stamina, as you will engage in activities that involve standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
