Role Overview:
As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you'll have the unique opportunity to evaluate customer experiences in the luxury sector, offering valuable insights that enable brands to enhance their services. Your responsibilities will include visiting retail locations, shopping online, and even managing product returns, all while shaping the luxury experience.
- Flexible Scheduling: Each in-store evaluation takes around 20 minutes, allowing you the freedom to take on multiple assignments.

Your Responsibilities:
- Select assignments that resonate with your interests and profile.
- Evaluate luxury stores or online platforms, interacting with sales associates either in-person or from home.
- Conduct thorough observations of the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
- Deliver candid feedback using our platform to document your insights via questionnaires.
