Re:Build Battery Solutions is a comprehensive battery provider specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of robust, high-quality battery packs for both motive and stationary energy storage applications. Your Role
Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record of operational excellence? Do you have experience as a Battery Pack Plant Manager, adept at building and leading high-production facilities? In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the establishment of an innovative manufacturing operation—cultivating essential supply chain partnerships, structuring the production organization, and recruiting and nurturing a high-performing team. Once the operation is live, you will oversee day-to-day activities within a fast-paced, high-output environment, developing and executing operational strategies to accommodate rapid volume growth while driving continuous improvement throughout the plant. Success in this position requires a practical leadership approach, an in-depth understanding of embedded partner manufacturing, and proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
