We are currently seeking a Back Office Agent to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and processing data related to clients under Law 3869, ensuring the precise documentation of their decisions and their entry into the respective systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and verify documentation, as well as identify debtors
- Enter and process data in the information database
- Monitor and update the history of each case
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of contracts and accompanying documents
- Digitize and transfer data from paper to electronic files and database systems
- Manage and resolve procedural issues related to each case
Requirements
- High School/University/Technical Institute Graduate
- Excellent computer skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Able to manage multiple processes and priorities
- Speed and efficiency in task execution
- Time management and deadline adherence skills
- Team spirit and collaboration skills
