Your journey begins in the B2B team at ESN! As a Junior B2B Manager (gn), you will serve as the key support to our B2B Lead, ensuring our strategic initiatives excel in daily operations. You will conduct analyses, prepare impactful presentations, facilitate smooth coordination, and provide operational, organizational, and communicative support wherever needed. By doing so, you will empower our B2B sales team to effectively position the ESN brand in the market.

The headquarters is located in Hamburg, but this role can be performed fully remote within Germany, with occasional visits to the Hamburg-Ottensen headquarters.
Your Mission with Us
- Support the implementation of the B2B Go-To-Market strategy—from assortment design to promotions and POS activations.
- Create and maintain sales and presentation tools to assist our Key Account Managers and field sales team.
- Track important KPIs and sales figures, prepare reports, and derive actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate interactions with internal departments such as Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Category Management.
- Organize meetings, prepare internal B2B brand news updates, and keep content current.
- Assist in preparing innovation sell-in toolkits to optimally position new products in the trade.
