Our Purpose
The Growth Team is integral in shaping and executing the company’s expansion strategy. We focus on identifying and cultivating international growth opportunities, exploring new market channels, and forming strategic partnerships such as grey label opportunities and joint ventures.
Your Role
As the Business Development Manager (B2B) for Ontario, you will spearhead field sales initiatives to drive the growth of Exoticca's guided travel offerings. You will identify new prospects, establish and nurture long-term relationships with travel industry professionals, and actively promote the benefits of Exoticca throughout your territory. Your role involves regular travel, supporting partner marketing efforts, and engaging potential travelers daily. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing effective field sales strategies to meet and exceed business growth targets.
- Participating in relevant industry events, managing booths, and delivering presentations as required.
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
- Utilizing Salesforce CRM to gather and leverage data effectively for sales initiatives.
- Ensuring all client interactions meet the highest standards of professionalism.
- Preparing weekly sales reports and monthly expense reports.
- Proactively seeking group business opportunities with Travel Advisors.
- Meeting established performance standards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
