In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of automotive parts and utilize Manufacturers' Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems to fulfill customer needs efficiently. You'll be the go-to resource for manufacturers, industry colleagues, and customers, adeptly handling inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, fax, and face-to-face interactions.
Successful candidates will have prior experience in the motor industry, with a solid understanding of vehicle layouts, functions, and parts locations. We are looking for a people-oriented individual who excels in teamwork and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in IT systems.
