We are seeking a dynamic Automobile Cluster Sales Trainer based in Surat to enhance the sales capabilities of our dealer network. The ideal candidate will conduct training sessions across various locations for Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coaches), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower, and other critical roles as identified by TMPVL.
- Deliver comprehensive training to meet the prescribed man-days set by TMPVL.
- Compile and present detailed training reports, track training effectiveness, and conduct periodic audits.
- Ensure training coverage aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Training Needs Analysis.
Your responsibilities include:
Training Delivery
- Conduct tailored training sessions based on identified needs in the assigned territory, addressing both local and central requirements.
- Utilize various training formats including Classroom Training (CRT), Virtual Learning (VLT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), e-learning modules via LMS, as well as coaching and mentoring techniques.
Measuring Training Effectiveness
- Identify competency gaps in product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, and customer experience for assigned personnel, and address these gaps through targeted training.
- Conduct role-plays, OJTs, and assessments to evaluate pre-training and post-training effectiveness.
Training Management Information System (MIS) and Database Management
- Develop and maintain a training calendar in coordination with regional and SHQ stakeholders, ensuring adherence to standard formats.
Submit comprehensive reports on training coverage, assessments, audits, and analyses following the established formats.
