Your Role
As an Associate UX/UI Designer, you will actively participate in our design thinking methodology, contributing to the development of innovative digital products across mobile, tablet, and web platforms. You will facilitate the connection between design, business, and technology to deliver outstanding digital experiences for renowned companies and global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design leads to create engaging and interactive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, wireframes, and visual designs.
- Partner with developers to ensure precise execution of design across all project deliverables.
- Engage with strategy consultants to gather insights into clients’ business objectives and project goals.
- Acquire knowledge of the end-to-end project delivery process and the associated design tools.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in design principles, evidenced by a robust portfolio of digital projects.
- Attention to detail, with a discerning eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationales.
- Proficient in Figma, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- A positive attitude and a desire to thrive in a collaborative and inspiring team environment.
