The Boeing Company is on the lookout for Associate Systems Engineers to enhance our teams based in Saint Charles, MO, as part of the greater St. Louis area (Berkeley, Hazelwood, Saint Charles). Our teams are integral to the development, production, and sustainment of advanced defense and weapon systems globally, including iconic platforms such as the F-47, F-15, F/A-18, F-22, T-7A, MQ-25, and more.
We are currently seeking talented Associate Systems Engineers across various disciplines, including:
Systems Architecture, Requirements, and Interfaces Definition
Systems Integration, Verification, & Validation
Reliability, Maintainability, & System Health
Human Factors & Ergonomics
Operations / Systems Analysis
Flight Crew Operations Integrations
Crew Station Design & Integration
Position Responsibilities:
Support systems engineering initiatives for new development, production, and sustainment programs, ensuring alignment with overarching program objectives.
Collaborate across disciplines to maintain updated system requirements, interfaces, verification, and testing criteria.
Conduct analyses pertaining to affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human factors, survivability, security, and product assurance.
Participate in program design reviews and technical assessments.
Monitor and update requirements, risks/issues/opportunities, tools, and technology readiness.
Encourage the adoption of modern systems engineering methodologies, such as Model-Based Systems Engineering.
This position requires 100% onsite work, with no hybrid or remote options. The selected candidate will be expected to work at one of the specified locations.
Domestic and/or international travel may be necessary based on business requirements.
To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance will be required post-hire.
