Join our dynamic Monetization Strategic Finance team at LinkedIn, where we focus on empowering our employees through a flexible work culture rooted in trust and collaboration. This role can be performed from either our San Francisco or Mountain View offices on select days, as well as remotely from home, depending on team needs.
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Associate to support the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) organization. You will closely collaborate with our R&D cross-functional team to define product strategies, manage performance against business objectives, and enhance operational efficiency by establishing targets across various products. This position will involve a deep dive into the advertising ecosystem, partnering with R&D teams within both our LMS and organic divisions.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for tackling complex operational and strategic challenges and possess the business acumen to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and implement impactful changes. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in performance management by developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts for the LinkedIn Audience Network ad product, including detailed projections.
- Working collaboratively with product, engineering, and data science teams to grasp business drivers, assess strategic initiatives, and provide financial insights for new product launches.
- Defining and refining KPIs while tracking progress against business objectives.
- Evaluating business trends and variances to deliver actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders, using data to influence decisions.
- Translating ideas into operational plans with support from senior team members.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with other teams and incorporating their feedback to understand their priorities and constraints.
- Accessing and synthesizing data from various sources to pinpoint signals, risks, and opportunities.
