This role is an integral part of our Development Center of Excellence (DCOE) Training Program. Please review the details below for important information.
As a full-time, salaried position, commencing on June 1, 2026, this role is designed to kickstart your career as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant through our Development Center of Excellence (DCOE). You will begin with an immersive 10-week paid training program, establishing a solid foundation in Dynamics 365 development and consulting best practices.
Program Details
- Start Date: June 1, 2026
- Training Duration: 10 weeks (paid at your regular salary rate)
- Training Format: Hybrid (fully remote position after training)
- Approximately 50% onsite at our Denver headquarters
- Onsite work is Monday–Thursday; Fridays are remote
- All travel, lodging, and meal expenses are fully covered during onsite training
Interview Timeline
- Interviews will begin mid to late February
- Offers are expected no later than April
Post-Training Opportunities
Upon completion of training, you will be assigned to a client project and integrated into our Technical Services team, where you will engage in new client implementations or Managed Services post-go-live engagements.

The Associate Software Engineer will participate in the design from deployment through operations phases of the project. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining software applications, including integration with existing client systems. This role will also require the provision of documentation for solutions as necessary and collaboration within a dynamic team environment alongside developers, analysts, project managers, and clients.
