The Role
Note: You must be located in Massachusetts for consideration.
As part of our dedicated in-house permitting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and dependable permitting results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting lead project managers to achieve optimal permitting results for clients
Conducting thorough and precise permit research
Supporting the preparation of permitting plans
Collaborating with municipal staff to clarify nuances and resolve ambiguities
Monitoring permit statuses to ensure timely progress
Providing constructive feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform
Working closely with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures
Who You Are
To excel in this position, you are likely to possess:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or architecture, particularly in project management
Experience in applying for and securing construction permits
A strong ability to accurately research permit requirements
Comfort in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
