We are currently seeking a skilled Associate to become a vital member of our Operations Platform Support Team based in Lisbon. This role is essential for addressing the technical and operational needs of our platform offerings, encompassing ongoing maintenance, customization, and feature development tailored to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of all interfaces on the iCapital platform while proactively identifying and addressing issues to promote continuous improvements.
- Work collaboratively with senior team members to define, prepare, and manage essential tasks for successful platform and fund launches.
- Configure and customize platform settings, oversee user setup, map offering documents, and conduct quality tests prior to launch.
- Respond to platform update requests through the team’s ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support both internal and external stakeholders by managing and prioritizing project deliverables alongside the Operations Platform Support team.
- Contribute to updates of process guides, incorporating new solutions and product enhancements.
- Assist in updating team documentation (e.g., process guides) as new product solutions and enhancements arise.
- Lead efforts to implement and troubleshoot integration connections among clients, vendors, and iCapital.
- Support data integrations with clients and vendors, and participate in or lead customer demonstrations as new solutions or enhancements are introduced.
Qualifications
- Academic and/or professional background in relevant fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with project management and task prioritization.
- Proficiency in technology and software related to platform operations.
