The Associate Operations Training Facilitator is tasked with conducting impactful and engaging training sessions for both in-house and BPO new hires, alongside delivering refresher and upskilling programs for current team members. This role emphasizes facilitation, coaching during the nesting period, and providing structured performance feedback to trainees. Although not responsible for the overarching training strategy or content creation, the Training Facilitator plays a crucial role in executing training programs effectively and ensuring knowledge retention on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding, refresher, and knowledge-sharing training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
Facilitate workshops and interactive learning activities that foster engagement and retention.
Offer daily guidance, coaching, and real-time support to trainees throughout the nesting phase.
Monitor trainee performance on the operational floor, identify gaps, and escalate persistent issues to the Training Lead/Manager.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team leaders to enhance practical application of knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and nesting observations.
Provide structured feedback and progress reports on trainees to the Training Lead/Manager.
Recommend enhancements to facilitation and delivery methods (not including training design).
Coordinate with the Training Lead/Manager regarding training schedules, priorities, and content delivery plans.
Support the execution of training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
