As the Associate Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the comprehensive execution of experiments throughout the user funnel, transforming concepts into actionable initiatives and measurable results swiftly. This is a high-responsibility role centered around agility, experimentation, and collaborative alignment across various teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete execution cycle across product, content, and marketing (from ideation to launch and analysis).
- Prioritize and drive experiments in areas such as onboarding, discovery, pricing, and user retention.
- Identify significant growth opportunities and develop them into actionable experiments.
- Collaborate closely with product, content, and performance teams to ensure prompt, high-quality execution.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate strategies based on insights.
- Enhance content discovery and ensure alignment within product journeys to boost user engagement and retention.
- Establish and maintain a systematic experimentation pipeline and execution schedule.
