About the Role:
In this role, you will collaborate across various business and technical units within Oscar, advocating for the department’s interests while contributing to company-wide strategic initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the knowledge management program, leading the design, optimization, and implementation of operational processes that align with our organizational goals. This will involve gathering and documenting business requirements, constructing and overseeing project plans, recording key decisions, ensuring project governance, employing analytical frameworks, and developing risk mitigation strategies across multiple initiatives.
You will report directly to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization.
Work Location: This is a fully remote position available to candidates living in Atlanta, Georgia. While this role is currently remote, our work model may evolve over time, potentially introducing a hybrid work structure in the future. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $84,240 - $101,565 annually. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, access to Oscar's unlimited vacation policy, and eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete management of cross-functional projects and implementations, including developing project plans, engaging with stakeholders, and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Assess departmental performance through data analysis and metric interpretation, aiding in the development of departmental metrics and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to devise proactive implementation, communication, and program strategies for effective change management and risk mitigation.
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
