About the role
The Associate Director of Sales Training will spearhead the development and implementation of learning programs for both sales representatives and sales managers. This pivotal leader will oversee the entire enablement process—from onboarding new hires to providing advanced continuing education—ensuring that training is effective, data-driven, and aligned with our financial and performance objectives.
In this crucial role within the Operations Performance Enablement team, you will connect high-level strategies with on-the-ground execution. You will manage a team of trainers dedicated to expediting the speed to proficiency for sales representatives and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement through AI-enhanced coaching and performance insights.
What you’ll do
Strategic Enablement & Partnership
- Sales & Recruiting Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Recruiting leaders to synchronize training capacity with hiring needs and business growth.
- Program Architecture: Develop and implement a scalable training framework that spans the employee lifecycle from initial onboarding to leadership development.
- Manager Empowerment: Initiate specialized enablement programs for sales managers, emphasizing coaching efficiency and the incorporation of AI-driven performance tools.
Operational Excellence & Program Governance
- Delivery Standards: Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales training, ensuring high quality and consistency in program delivery.
