Job Summary:
The Associate Director of Marketing for SkinPen will spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing programs that bolster the SkinPen brand. This role is pivotal in overseeing cross-channel marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing consumer awareness, encouraging provider adoption, and ensuring treatment series completion throughout the product lifecycle. The Associate Director will ensure that our marketing efforts are not only operationally disciplined but also yield measurable outcomes aligned with the overarching brand and commercial objectives.
This position leads the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for SkinPen across various digital channels, influencer collaborations, experiential marketing, customer loyalty programs, and educational resources for both consumers and healthcare providers. The Associate Director will provide strategic direction and executional oversight to the Brand Manager and Consumer Engagement Manager, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on schedule and in accordance with brand strategy.
Initiatives developed will focus on increasing consumer awareness, promoting repeat usage, and facilitating treatment series completion, while simultaneously enhancing provider education and driving practice-level adoption within clinical settings.
In addition to brand management responsibilities, the Associate Director will assist in product lifecycle planning and contribute to brand-level forecasting by providing insights on program timelines, utilization trends, campaign efficacy, and adoption metrics. This role is also involved in monthly and quarterly business reviews and collaborates across functions to support ongoing commercial strategies.
The Associate Director will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Training, Finance, Operations, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and operational capabilities. This position also provides valuable insights to inform forecasting and business planning, covering campaign performance, adoption trends, utilization patterns, and launch strategies.
Ultimately, this role is responsible for the execution and performance management of SkinPen's digital marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, experiential programs, and customer engagement strategies. The Associate Director will manage external agency partners and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
