About the Role
We are in search of a forward-thinking creative leader with extensive experience in crafting advertising concepts for digital paid media, particularly on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others. You possess the ability to analyze and provide tactical feedback on design and video elements while maintaining a keen understanding of the balance between performance frameworks, creative testing, and asset development. Ideally, you are a Creative Strategist with a background in Design, Video Editing, or Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on enhancing paid media performance and creating advertisements that effectively sell products and services.
In this role, you will be instrumental in our Performance Creative service, which leverages AI-driven creative strategies for paid media clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Expertise: Collaborating with clients to refine their creative strategies by evaluating the effectiveness of ad hooks, ad content, and overall creative direction, while continuously seeking improvement.
Sales: Developing game-changing creative assets that significantly impact sales performance and client success.
