We are on the lookout for an Associate Design Director who excels in transforming concepts into remarkable realities, ensuring excellence from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Vision: Take charge of the creative direction for various projects, translating client objectives into impactful and imaginative concepts. Establish creative benchmarks that empower designers while maintaining feasibility and budget adherence.
- Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing creative team of 3-5 members, fostering their professional growth through personalized guidance and development plans. Inspire your team to produce exceptional work while maintaining consistent creative standards across both in-house and freelance contributors.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication throughout projects, converting briefs into actionable creative directives. Collaborate closely with the Design Project Management team to ensure project execution aligns with timelines and resource allocation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, managing expectations and identifying areas for account growth.

- A visionary leader with a keen eye for detail, adept at problem-solving and crafting engaging brand narratives across various retail and experiential platforms.
- A design expert with over 10 years of experience in the luxury brand and retail sectors, capable of delivering high-caliber creative solutions.
