Your Role at impact.com:
As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will become a vital product expert! Your role involves leveraging our software suite to enhance marketing campaigns effectively. Demonstrating strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and critical thinking skills will help you thrive and advance at Impact.
What You'll Do:
- Platform Knowledge: Conduct platform training sessions and provide consultation on contracts, finance, ad tracking, and reporting.
- Account Management: Collaborate on strategic initiatives under the guidance of your manager.
- Customer Communications: Manage communication, including client-facing messaging regarding initiatives, outages, and marketing efforts, ensuring all interactions via email, ticketing, and Slack are documented in SFDC.
- Escalation Management: Gather client feedback and oversee the creation of necessary documentation such as JIRA tickets and project trackers.
- Project/Task Management: Adhere to established procedures for ticket creation and project tracking using JIRA and SFDC, coordinating status updates from key stakeholders.
- Commercial Efforts: Facilitate all renewal and expansion opportunities.
