About the Role
We are seeking a talented Associate Creative Director, Copy to join our dynamic team at Monks, working with one of the largest automotive companies globally. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, account managers, creative directors, strategists, and fellow creatives to produce a wide range of engaging materials that ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms. We are looking for a strategic thinker and a masterful wordsmith who can lead creative teams toward excellence while also being actively involved in the hands-on development and production of creative work. This key position requires you to manage multiple responsibilities, acting both as a creator and a supervisor. You bring a forward-thinking creative instinct and a positive mindset, thriving in team environments with a low-ego approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and leadership to enhance client brand expression and achieve creative excellence.
- Oversee the adaptation of copy from English to Spanish across diverse deliverables, including social media content, web copy, display advertising, and e-commerce materials.
- Direct voice-over talent during recording sessions.
- Present innovative ideas, foster client relationships, and confidently lead creative discussions.
- Respond proactively to feedback (both written and verbal), maintaining communication with creative and account teams throughout each project.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines during creative development.
- Guide the team in producing high-quality, impactful work across all deliverables, from campaigns to assets at scale and experiential projects.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to creative teams regarding their work and suggest improvements for the department and agency.
- Mentor junior creatives by offering constructive feedback and promoting best practices.
- Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
